Keka is for genuine makeup artistry and respectful booking. These rules apply to artist profiles, portfolio photos, reviews, messages, and reports.
Only share work you can publish
Upload your own makeup work or images you have permission to use. Obtain permission from every identifiable person shown. Do not post someone else’s work as your own, reveal a client’s private details, or use edited images to misrepresent a service.
Keep content appropriate
No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, exploitation, spam, fraud, or illegal content. Keep captions, reviews, and messages relevant to the service. Do not publish phone numbers, home addresses, payment details, or other sensitive information in public content.
Reviews should be honest
Describe your real experience. Keka publishes customer reviews only after a completed booking and may hide content that violates these rules. Do not pressure anyone to post, remove, or change a review.
How safety works
Artist work is reviewed before public display. You can report an artist profile, photo, or review from the profile page and block an artist from your discovery feed and future requests. Keka staff review reports and may hide content or suspend an account where appropriate. Urgent booking issues can be raised through support.
