You can request deletion of your Keka account and its associated personal data here. This page is available even when you are signed out.
What happens next
Keka reviews your request and removes account information, profile content, and stored images where possible. Booking, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may need limited retention; our privacy policy will explain the applicable periods. A request does not cancel an active appointment or settle an outstanding payment.
If you have an upcoming booking or an unresolved case, Keka will handle it before completing deletion. Please contact support if you need urgent help.
