About Keka
Keka (legal operator pending) provides a marketplace that helps customers discover reviewed makeup artists, agree on service details, and manage appointments. Artists provide the makeup services; Keka provides the platform and operations support. A public contact will be published before launch.
Accounts and applications
Keep account details accurate and your access secure. Artists apply to join Keka and appear publicly only after review and publication by Keka. Approval is not a guarantee of future bookings. Artists must keep their services, prices, availability, and work examples accurate.
Booking flow
A customer request is not a confirmed appointment. The artist proposes an exact time, service, location, and total price; the customer can then continue the conversation in Keka or cancel the request. Keka does not collect deposits or confirm appointments through the app in this release. Any future deposit will be capped at 30% of the agreed price and will require published terms before it is enabled.
Content and conduct
Everyone must follow Keka’s community guidelines. Artists must have rights and consent for every image they upload. Keka may review, hide, or remove content and may limit access to protect the marketplace. Users can report content and block an artist.
Cancellations and disputes
Before a booking is confirmed, customers can cancel a request and artists can decline it in Keka. Specific cancellation windows, refunds, and dispute terms must be finalized and published before any paid deposit feature is enabled. If you have an issue with a request, open a support case.
Privacy and ending your account
Read the privacy policy for information about data handling. You may request account deletion. Active requests, disputes, and legally required records may need review before deletion is completed.
